  2. Mapping of Current Status: Current applications on waste management are observed and analyzed in details in order to spot the gaps and shortcuts of the system
  3. Planning: A work plan is prepared by considering the defects of the current system, treatments are offered, discussed and final decisions are contained in the plan
  4. Determination of the Needs and their Supply: Equipment needs in each of the units (faculties, sport areas, open space, office areas, classroom areas, dining halls, cafes, etc.) are determined and obtained.
  5. Education- Awareness Raising: Educational material prepared according to the different target groups (academics, student, administrative staff, managers, etc.) and trainings, seminars, awareness raising campaigns are conducted.
  6. Application: The equipments obtained are placed to the points that all target groups can use comfortably, the informative materials are delivered and hanged.
  7. Reporting: Monitoring tools (weighing amount of waste recycled, list of invoices, data insert to the national system) are applied, site observations are conducted frequently, new needs and necessary improvements  are determined  and also the shareholders are defined.  All results are prepared as a term report and new actions are implemented for a better system.
